The room is 129 sq ft and can fit a queen bed, desk, and storage comfortably. The common areas are very spacious, living room is 305 st ft while kitchen is 157 sq ft. Our common areas are fully furnished, and our kitchen comes with two fridges and almost every appliance you can think of. Our bathroom is shared but has more than enough tabletop/cabinet space for everyone. We also have a full wrap around balcony that gets great views of the Bay!

There are currently 3 females and 2 males living here. We are a mix of UC Berkeley students and recent graduates. We have a very relaxed cat that is fully littered trained. We are super friendly and outside of school/work we love to cook, watch movies, and explore the Bay Area
