Looking for a summer subletter starting May 1st for a private room in a group house in Como! The sublease starts May 1st and runs until the end of August. You’ll share a new bathroom with just one other roommate. There is one cat in the house who is super friendly and well taken care of! Everyone is clean, respectful, and keeps both personal and shared spaces tidy. This house is located in the Como neighborhood of Minneapolis, just two blocks from Van Cleef Park. There’s free parking available behind the house, as well as A/C and in-unit laundry in the house.

There are four other women living in this house (all in separate rooms). We are all graduating from the University of Minnesota next month. We are clean, respectful, and friendly!
