This is a quiet area in the city. It’s a private space, completely unfurnished so we would be co-creating the vision for it together. It’s ideal for a long term cohabitation. Lots of natural lighting, the space has new hardwood flooring installed, there is a washer on site. There is a lot of natural lighting throughout the space, so there aren’t many overhead lights. All bills are split evenly, only 2 tenants (myself included) total - meaning you and me. Bills include electric, gas, and wifi. There is a garage for parking and extra storage space in the garage/basement area. The building shares the yard space, there’s a nice backyard. This is ideally a long term living situation that could help us both save for future goals. You must have at least 2 times the rental amount in monthly income.
I am a social worker, I thrive in quiet environments. I am looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and self contained. I don’t like drama, and my main focus is on creating a mutually beneficial environment for self reflection and growth with someone else who is doing the same. I get enough drama from work, I don’t have a TV, I don’t like loud noise all of the time, I’m just removed from chaos. What’s important to me is just relaxing and focusing on my goals. This is a duplex, so the neighbor beneath us is also quiet and self reserved. There is no smoking on the property at all, so it’s not 420 nor smoker friendly.
