This photo is from Zillow; right now there is a twin bed and a small sofa with a light. I moved in a little over a year ago, so there are still some empty spaces around the house. It’s located in a safe neighborhood, very close to Hampton Elementary School, and 2mi from Towson University. The room for rent was the original master bedroom. The previous owners constructed an add-on, so now it is a spare bedroom. The 2nd floor is where the main bathroom is located, as well as the room for rent. The main floor has the kitchen, a small dining room, a living room, and a spare living space that I haven’t fully developed yet. The basement has the laundry room, but other than that is pretty empty at the moment, but can be used as a spare living space. The backyard has a stone patio and a firepit in the yard.

About the roomies

This is my home. I moved here last year, and now that I’ve settled in with my 3 cats, it is evident that I have plenty of room for another roommate. I work 3 jobs, so I am busy a lot, but when I am not, I tend to stay in (playing video games, watching tv/sports, cooking, etc). I graduated from TU in 2022, and now teach Computer Science.

The cats are super friendly. They have litter boxes on the 2nd and 1st floors. I change it pretty frequently to keep the smell to a minimum. The basement is off limits to them. Other than that, if you like cats and aren’t allergic, you’ll love Billy, Lady, and Sniper.
