Private bedroom in a shared house with five total people. Convenient location to Easton, Polaris, and OSU all about 15 minute drive. Bathroom shared with one other person. House is rather large and includes living spaces, kitchen, laundry machines, and a backyard patio with a grill that are shared amongst all five occupants. Free street parking is available.

Looking for either a short term lease (through end of June) or 14month lease. The room is already available for move in, can include desk, mattress (not the bed frame shown in photo), and bed side table or come bare and ready to bring your own furniture. Rent is $700, which includes water and internet. Gas and electricity are split between occupants (~$75 each/mo depending on household usage).

You will have four other roommates to share the house with, residents are responsible for keeping the shared spaces clean. All current residents are men of various background and occupations including one student. Residents are all in their low-to-mid 20s, and would prefer the new occupant to be below 30 to improve repeatability.
