2br 2ba waterfront condo in a gated community in Fort Lauderdale, 5 mins from Las Olas with views of the boats from the balcony!

I’m just completing a full renovation, everything is brand new. The condo is beautiful, the sun shines in most of the day/evening, and it’s a super calm and relaxing space.

In the building there are 3 pools, all with views of the water, a gym, pickle ball courts, and car washing station. It’s technically an island. It’s an incredible hidden gem in this city!

About the roomies

I lead an employment skills program for adults with disabilities.

I am very clean and quiet, I go to sleep pretty early and I don’t really go out often. I’m probably going through perimenopause because I’m so exhausted all the time!

I’m hoping to find someone who is quiet and doesn’t party. Preferably a student, nurse, flight attendant or someone in hospitality so our hours are staggered and we both can still have plenty of alone time!

I’ve lived with people before and I don’t really complain about anything. I just want the person to be happy, emotionally healthy, and tidy. I’d reallly prefer no overnight guests if possible.

No pets I’m sorry :( I love them but I have white couches
