3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, + an office. The common areas are furnished, but the bedrooms are not (pictures are from when the house was staged). The two open rooms share a bathroom, and there is another full bathroom on the first floor. There’s also a basement-type room off of the garage that’s currently being used as a game room (tv, ping pong table, etc.). The townhouse has AC, heat, in-unit laundry, and 2 furnished balconies/patios.

Rent is $1600/month plus utilities and the deposit is $1000. We’d also split the cost of having the house cleaned occasionally (on top of regularly cleaning up ourselves).

I have two open rooms and I am hoping to find girls in their late 20s/early 30s (with no pets) to move in as soon as possible.

About me: I’m 30 and work from home for an agency that does marketing and development for nonprofits and social impact companies. I also have a super friendly 5 year old lab named Finley, so looking for someone who’s okay with dogs.
