It is a single bedroom with a closet, there are two of the same size rooms, it is a four bedroom house. Potential roommate would share the second bathroom with myself, there are two sinks. There is a covered patio, a backyard. In the neighborhood, there are two pools, a gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, and grassy fields. The house comes with a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a garage. The photos are not updated, the house is all hardwood floor, except the dining room, and the kitchen is renovated. We are planning on moving in June 14, but need an answer before May 1.

I myself am 18 years old, my sister is 22, and her friend is 23. There would be four of us living in the house. My sister does have three cats, so potential roommate would have to be good with animals.We are all cleanly people, potential roommate would have to share cleaning duties of the house and purchasing supplies. We love to go for walks, exercise, cook dinner together, have movie nights, and overall want to be friends with potential roommate. My sister and her friend are both going to be working almost full-time jobs, myself. I am a student at FSCJ and work at a medical practice and at a restaurant. Potential roommate would have to be OK with friends or family coming over occasionally. We are all respectful of each other spaces and any noise we make.
