Hello, I have 1 large-sized bedroom, fully furnished, with a private bath for rent ($750) Available NOW! Utilities are shared and divided between all tenants.
THE HOUSE: THIS IS A LARGE HOUSE, AND 1 ROOM ARE CURRENTLY FOR RENT, ( Other people will live in this home, so cleanliness is important if you’d like to live here ). This is a really great neighborhood and I would like to continue having tenants that are kind house mates.
This house comes with a LARGE LIVING ROOM with a FIRE PLACE, CENTRAL HEATING/COOLING AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM, INTERNET TELEVISION , A MID-SIZED SEPARATE KITCHEN (KITCHEN APPLIANCES INCLUDED (REFRIGERATOR, STOVE, MICROWAVE AND DISH WASHER), PATIO/BACK YARD, AND A WASHER/DRYER!
THIS IS A NICE PLACE!!! REMODELING IS CONTINUALLY TAKING PLACE, SO EXPECT EVEN GREATER THINGS TO COME WITH THIS HOME!
UTILITIES: UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED EQUALLY DIVIDED BY EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: BUS ROUTES are approx 10 mins (WALKING) from the home. This home is within driving distance form 2 Walmarts ( 18 mins DRIVING), multiple restaurants and shopping centers (10-18mins) and major shopping plazas.
THE PROCESS OF BEING SELECTED:
Move-in Fee: …there is a $300 nonrefundable move-in fee, just for me to cover the utilities, take care of painting and shampooing the carpet after you depart, etc.
Everyone is REQUIRED to pay the $300 to move in. This payment is preferred before moving in. However, I will allow a TWO (2) MONTH payment plan for the deposit if needed. That’s an additional $150 a month, on top of rent, to pay the move-in fee in full. So to move in, you will be required to have The rent in full AND the $300 move-in fee …OR … the rent in full and the partial $150 payment of the move-in fee (which will be for 2 months until the deposit is paid in full).
THE RULES: Please keep my home clean, and drama free, ….. NO DRUGS, NO DRAMA and NO PETS (non-negotiable), and ….ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED WHATSOEVER! (…NO, I WILL NOT ACCEPT “I’ll smoke outside”) …Please don’t text or email me telling me you’ll smoke outside) … Please understand I mean absolutely no offence to ANYONE, but once again, it will not be accepted, and I will NOT reconsider my stance on this position. (I had a tenants almost burn down my house 2x while smoking)
