I have one bedroom for rent 14 x 14. in a single-family home on a quiet cul-de-sac.. It could be furnished or unfurnished I have a clean fairly new queen size bed in there now that I can remove .sorry I don’t have a dresser. But can get one . Closet is normal size but not walk in. I do have another bedroom next to that one which I’m just using for personal stuff I can share that with you for storage. I would like to keep it usable to put up a quick bed when Family comes to visit for a weekend about every six months for a couple of days. You will have your own private bathroom. there is a back patio. price includes use of the washer dryer help yourself to what’s in the refrigerator. and help yourself to the kitchen.. oh. I do have a dishwasher. If I decide to cook a meal, I’ll always try make two helpings ,help yourself. It’s tough just cooking for one . if I’m gonna throw burgers on the grill why not 2 when possible .I work 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and occasionally pick up a day on the weekend so I do work a lot. So peace and quiet please. Yes I’m a little crazy I’ve seen a lot of house fires by clothes dryers. If we could not use the dryer when we’re not home that would be appreciated ,also I’m not a big fan of candles thank you. Also absolutely no smoking on the premises that includes the THC vapes for those people who do that. OK now I have three cats they’re absolutely nuts in a good way. they will sit on you and probably drive you crazy once they get to know you. so I am a fanatic about my cat so it’s important that we keep the doors closed tight so they don’t try to get out. help yourself to my Internet I do not have cable TV. Help yourself to whatever I have …so the price includes everything. Now let’s talk price I don’t want anybody to go broke I would just like to be fair so I am flexible. This is my first time ever doing something like this so please be patient with me .we have to make sure that we are going to be a good match. This will be a month-to-month lease.

It’s just me and 3 cats I work from 9-5 and sometimes on a sat or Sunday. I’m always doing something around the house , so I will try not to get in your way, , if you would like me to paint , I will . I will out up shelves for you if needed. . parking for 1 car ,
