About the room
I have a room available in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath 1100 sq ft apartment and am looking for someone to share the space. I had planned to move out of state, but after losing my job, I’ve decided to stay for now. I’m financially stable and can cover the rent using my savings, but I’d prefer to minimize that while I search for my next opportunity—so sharing the apartment makes a lot of sense.
This is a wonderful, well-established community where many residents have lived for 10+ years. I’ve personally been here for two years and really enjoy the peaceful, well-maintained environment. The property features a pool, fitness center, and beautiful landscaping with lots of trees and greenery.
The room is furnished with a queen bed (which can be put into storage if you’d prefer to bring your own), a desk that can be relocated, and a large walk-in closet that will be cleared out for your use.
I do have a very small (3 lb) Yorkshire Terrier, so being an animal lover is a must.
If you’re interested in sharing a comfortable, stable home and entering into a lease together, feel free to message me with any questions!
About the roomies
A good fit would be someone who is respectful, responsible, and easygoing. I value a peaceful, clean, and comfortable home, so ideally you’re someone who keeps shared spaces tidy and is mindful of noise and each other’s routines. I enjoy a balance of friendly connection and personal space, so someone who appreciates both occasional conversation and quiet time would be perfect.
Reliability is important—paying rent on time and communicating openly if anything comes up. Since I have a small Yorkshire Terrier, you’d need to be an animal lover and comfortable sharing space with a sweet little dog.
Overall, I’m looking for someone who wants a calm, positive living environment and takes pride in where they live.
