LOOKING FOR A THIRD ROOMMATE!!! LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY. I’m a gay man and my roommate is a bi woman (22 years old). We’re lefties 🇵🇸🇱🇧🇮🇷🇨🇩🇸🇩

We have one room available. The current cosigner is not resigning the lease when it renews in August so we must find a roommate who has a co-sign. The lease is from August to July.

The apartment is two stories and your room and the other roommate’s room will be upstairs. No cigarettes inside. Weed is fine but non smoking methods are highly preferred. I have two very affectionate and adorable cats and my roommate has one as well. You will have a full bathroom in your room (sink, toilet, shower, storage). We have a washer and dryer inside the apartment. We have a pool and a small gym. Not far from campus. We are directly across the street from a CatTran stop that goes on campus so it’s extremely convenient for students, and from the apartment to the CatTran stop is less than a 60 second walk. Additionally, the public bus stop is also very close and will get you directly to campus. $700 rent. WiFi is usually around $115 in total and split between the three of us. Electric varies between 170-200ish also split between the three of us.

About the roomies

All we ask is you be respectful, kind, and clean. I just want this home to remain an environment where everyone feels safe and relaxed. We’re both really easy going. I love watching horror movies, MCU/DCU?? (Iykyk), anime, drama, and on YouTube I watch a lot of political content like breaking points, majority report, and secular talk, and movie/tv reactions. I’m always down for movie nights!!! 😁 I have a ps4, I don’t game much anymore, but the new GTA might convince me to buy a new console and start playing again.

The cats can be pretty hyper sometimes (no bells on collars), they’re all friendly, they wrestle, groom each other, and the orange cats are very affectionate with pretty much anyone and the black fluffy one is indifferent to everyone besides me and the other kitties.

Weed is fine but if you’re gonna smoke please do it on the balcony💚 and of course wax pens/vapes are fine in the house.
