Property is a 2 bedroom town house with 1.5 bathrooms. So we’d share the shower, but there is a bathroom on the main floor too. The larger bathroom is connected directly to my bedroom which is also the larger of the two rooms. Your room will be the smaller bedroom, just to be transparent.

A bus can take you to either the shady grove or rockville metro stations. BE AWARE I HAVE 2 CATS. And the landlords have allowed up to 4 cats on the property before (with extra rent added on).

Parking is only i think an added 25 per month and there is plenty of it. The rent does not include utilities, and from my experience those are roughly an added 130 per month depending on the time of year.

The college is right next door so hey that might be convenient if you are a student.

About the roomies

You would just be rooming with me. As mentioned, i have two cats so you need to be okay with that.

I tend to wake up at 7am and then sleep by 11-12 every night but I prefer it to be quiet by around 10:30. I work from home roughly one day a week. In general I prefer things to be pretty quiet but as long as you aren’t shouting in the middle of the night or playing music out loud 24/7 we should be fine.

I rarely have people over, and when I do it is usually my friend who lives just a few buildings away. She is trans. If that is an issue then kindly fuck right off. Sorry if that is brash, but I really don’t tolerate any kind of bigotry in my home.

Sometimes I also host dnd at my place. I will always let you know if someone is coming over.
