It’s a private bedroom with a shared bathroom in a 3bed 2bath townhouse apartment in ballston lake. Calm and quiet community near the lake.

We are two females currently living in the house looking for a third roommate. We both are working professionals, friendly and to ourselves. We keep our place clean and expect the same. We spend weekends mostly to our selves but once in a while we enjoy watching movies together, playing boardgames, go out for dinners.

No pets preferred as one of us is allergic.
