I’ve moved into a 2B2B in Sandy Springs and I’m looking for a roommate. The apartment is on the top floor and the complex is right across the street from a nature reserve. It’s close to Interstate 400 and not too far from downtown Roswell, so I think it’s in a pretty good spot.

Base rent is $1,349 a month, plus monthly fees for valet trash, pest control, insurance, and in-unit laundry. Utilities and water are separate. They had a rental special where the first 6 weeks are free, so rent will only start in mid-June. Once it starts, rent and utilities would be a 50/50 split. Water, wifi, gas, and electric are already in my name and vary per month, but we’d split those evenly, too.

I’m coming from a one bedroom, so I’ve already got all the stuff we’ll need for the common areas. The apartment has a kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. I’ll be bring a rice maker, air fryer, toaster, and kettle. It also has a cute breakfast bar, dining space, and a big living room. It has a washer and dryer near the kitchen, in a common area. You’ll have to bring your own things for the bedroom and bathroom. It’s got plenty of storage space, your own bathroom (with a big storage closet!), and a really cute balcony. I’ve even got some chairs that you can use for the balcony if you want.

It’s just me right now. I’m in my mid-twenties and have lived in the Sandy Springs area for about a year. I grew up East of Atlanta and moved back after completing my Master’s degree at UGA. I’m pretty quiet and introverted and will be respectful of your space. I love to cook, watch horror movies, carve wood, and read.
