The apartment is 2 Bedroom, 1 bath, 832 square feet, located at Shoreview Apartments, which is by the Huron River, right by the cascades. It’s about a mile away from the central medical campus, and Kerrytown is about a 15-minute walk away. Pets are allowed and welcome! Rent is $887.5/month (the website didn’t let me write a decimal in the posting so I rounded) per person. Water is another $22.5/person, Wi-Fi and electric together is usually about $75/person, sometimes less sometimes more, depending on the season. Parking is free. Washers and dryers are available in the building, but not in unit and we have to pay to use them. There’s in unit AC and dishwasher, and there’s storage space in the basement. The room comes unfurnished, the furniture you see in the pictures belongs to my current roommate.

I’m 27, female and I work as a staff researcher at Michigan Medicine! I’m clean and don’t have people over often. I like to spend my time by going on walks, reading books or watching movies.
