Ezra's room

The house is located near the back of the neighborhood, close to a walking path that leads to Lake Allatoona. There’s a lot of wildlife in the area, especially around dusk/evening, driving slow is a must! The house has a basement, garage, driveway (with additional street parking in front of the house) as well as a main level, upstairs, and attic. The main bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the main level, the other 3 bedrooms are on the top floor. The unoccupied room used to be a play room, so it doesn’t have a closet, but has a standing clothing rack that will be left behind. I currently occupy the main bedroom, but would be willing to move to the upstairs unoccupied room to accommodate a couple. Utilities include water, gas, electric, and internet, and vary in price from month to month.

There are currently 3 people living in the house: Myself, Ezra (He/they), Sun/Sunny (They/them), and Chip (He/they/she). Chip and Sunny are a couple, but occupy separate rooms (two smaller rooms upstairs). We share responsibility for chores and have a chore board to show who has done what in the week. We keep a pretty tidy space, but not so much so that it doesn’t look lived in. We love collaboration for decorating and letting everyone’s personality shine through decor. We’re all decently chill and accommodating people and favor open communication. I work from home while Sun and Chip work at the outlet mall and a coffee shop respectively. I do all of the budgeting for rent and utilities, we pay for everything on the 1st of the month. We have cats! One occupies the downstairs, Momo, and one is exclusively in Sunny’s room, Merlot. We usually take turns with litter and feeding, but understand completely if that’s not something new roommates would want to be responsible for. LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent roomies are preferred, but more than anything want a cool/chill environment.
