I have an “in-law” apartment coming available in my home on May 1st. Private bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. 27 acres in webster, NH with access to private trails and only 15 minutes to shopping and 25 minutes to concord. A half hour south of tilton makes for easy access to the lakes region. On site laundry as well. Pics will be added later.

I am a 46 year old male chef who lives in the main part of the house. I currently don’t have any pets but will have a dog soon. I keep late hours, but since we’re on opposite sides of the house that should have minimal impact.
