All utilities will be included, electricity, water, wifi internet and TV streaming services (HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, AMC+, Paramount+, SpectrumTV, Prime Video)
I also accept weekly renting tenants who may prefer the flexibility of staying weekly over monthly.
About the roomies
Me - Late 30yr male. I work at an office so I’m not home a lot of the time.
Roommate - Late 40yr male. He is out working a lot. Would share the bathroom with this roommate who is clean and quiet.
We like to keep the house quiet at night because we both wake up super early for work.
