Hi! Im moving out of my room after 3 years of living. This is a 10.5 x 10.5 ft room with a 2 door spacious closet. The room is furnished with a twin bed, desk and bed. All utilities are included. Window is ground level to the street.

Plenty of street parking. Close to ralphs, target, walgreens, multiple gas stations and a 10 min drive to disneyland. There is a shared bathroom with 2 other roomates and in site washer/dryer. Acces to common spaces and kitchen. Acces to stove and refrigerator.

This is single occupancy

Youll share this comfortable house with 4 other persons in their own room. The landlady, and 3 working profesionals. These people keep to themselves but are respectful and help out whenever something is in need. We look for someone who does no drugs, has no criminal records and is willing to help keep clean and peaceful (no parties, no overnight guests, no pets). Highly encourage this place for young professionals and students.
