The room is for an individual only-with a private bathroom. Can rent to only one individual person, washer, dryer, Internet, kitchen privileges & utilities included. Prefer mature older, quiet, clean person. No pets or guests allowed. The home is peaceful ; $1,100 deposit required. Sorry cannot accept pets at this time. Cost $1,100 monthly.
About the roomies
Currently, there is a lady from Arizona staying in one of the rooms, and the other room in the house is available. The house will be shared only between the current resident and one additional person. There are two more rooms on the property with private bathrooms and kitchenettes, but they do not have access to the main house and are currently unavailable.
