About the room: ~115 sq ft room on the second floor (3 bedrooms & 1 bath upstairs, 1 bedroom & 1 bath downstairs). Has one west-facing window and one closet (68” wide x 28” deep x 98” tall). Extra closet space in the hallway (shared)

Our ideal roomie criteria: ⭐️ Appreciates living with animals but doesn’t have any cats or dogs (a small pet like a lizard might work!) ⭐️ No hard drugs please (alcohol & weed are totally okay, cigarettes outside only) ⭐️ Doesn’t mind our quirky 130-year-old house; sometimes things don’t work perfectly or the fix is a little crude, but the rent is cheap and it’s a safe, welcoming household in a great location ⭐️ Someone who respects the space and cares about creating community. We all lead full independent lives, but I love having a friendly chat in the kitchen or having a meal together every once in a while! ⭐️ Bonus: Able to get on the lease (requires credit check, 3yrs rental history, and proof of income; you can use a co-signer if needed)

Other notable house info: We have 1 house meeting per month (on a day/time that works for all of us) Quiet hours are 1:30am-7:30am (casually enforced, just be mindful of noise in the common areas during those hours)
