About the room

This is a 3 bedroom house- but I prefer to have just 1 roommate at a time. AKA: For $900+Utilities you will have your own room & bathroom, dedicated parking spot, PLUS shared use of the 3rd bedroom space as well! In the past, this has been super beneficial for my roomie because I use the 3rd room as a guest bedroom/art space. Your out-of-town friends and family are welcome to stay in the guest room if it’s available during their visit 😊 In the mean time- it houses all the arts/craft supplies/storage you could ever need!! And you’re more than welcome to utilize it 💕💕There’s garage space available + tons of extra space for your belongings outside of your room, within the shared spaces (closets,cabinets,storage racks, back porch, side yard, etc.)

The master bedroom (my room) is on the east side of the house- while the available room is on the west side, so there’s plenty of space in between rooms to feel like you have your own privacy. The 2nd bathroom is directly outside your room and has a full bathtub with lots of cabinets/drawers. Kitchen is stocked & spacious. It includes a walk in pantry, any appliances or utensils one could need, and a breakfast nook. You will have your own parking spot in the driveway and the neighborhood is one of the safest in the area. The house is located in East Vancouver and is 2 mins from Costco, Walmart and Pacific Community Park. The freeway is easily accessible from the house as well; just 7 mins down the road. The backyard is a nice private space and we have a small couch/ fire pit area with multiple raised beds if you would like to contribute to the garden.

About the roomies

Hi! I’m Savannah 💟 I work full-time in medical aesthetics and I’m also in school, so I keep a pretty structured routine during the week. I am respectful, active, very clean, and always communicative. I truly value having a happy and peaceful sanctuary to come home to. I have a large Bernese Mountain Dog (Saint) and a cat (Roo) so being an animal lover is a must 🐾 I’d definitely prefer a roommate who’s open to building a genuine friendship, rather than simply coexisting. However, I also believe alone time in a private space is a necessity in order to re-charge☀️Hoping for a roomie w/ productive and positive energy!
