I’m a single mom with two teenage boys (and an older son away at college). My boys are respectful, quiet, and used to giving privacy. Their rooms are upstairs, above the room for rent, but they’re mindful about noise and there are no disruptions.

I keep a calm, clean, and peaceful home. I’m pretty easygoing—happy to chat or also completely respect your space.

We do have 3 doodle dogs (very friendly)—so you must be comfortable with dogs.
