I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom in a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment at Whitewater Park Apartments in Boise, ID (near the Greenbelt and Quinn’s Pond). Rent for the room is around $800/month (plus utilities split three ways). Lease term is for 12 months, starting May 20th. You’d be sharing the apartment with two friendly women in their 20s who work/go to school. One has a dog and the other has a cat, so you’ll need to be okay living with both a dog and a cat in the home. About the apartment:
– 3 bed / 2 bath floor plan (you get a private bedroom, bathroom is private.) – Located at Whitewater Park in Boise, close to the Greenbelt, Quinn’s Pond, and local coffee shops/breweries. Great for walking, running, biking, and paddle boarding. – Modern building with in‑unit laundry and access to amenities like pool, hot tub, fitness center, and more (check the website for full list of amenities). – Parking available through the complex. Ideal roommate:
– Respectful, clean, communicative.
– Comfortable living with two women and their pets.
– Responsible about paying rent on time and following community rules. The landlord/property management will need to approve you through their normal application process (credit/background check, proof of income, etc.) before you can take over the lease.
