Heating and AC unit is optional ($85/mo). We are 5 minutes from 22/405 Fwy. Also Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Dominos, KFC, Starbucks and many more restaurants is walking distance from the house. The rent is $800/mo + $400/deposit when moves in. You will have access to kitchen and laundry room. We are looking for respectful occupancy who pays rent on time. No drug, no smoking please.
