Nice house that is newly remodeled. You have your washer, dryer, and a nice backyard. You also have access to the living room that’s furnished as well as the kitchen. I’m on the road a lot for work, so you’ll have the house to yourself most time. I trust that you will keep it clean, organized, and respect the property. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and i have someone cut my grass once a week. You can decorate your bedroom however you want. Please inform me on whether you’d like to remove any of the furnished items out of the bedroom.

I’m a truck driver working most of the time. Usually gone for a month and i come back for a couple of weeks. This is why it’s important that i find someone that will take care of the property and house. No couples, no cats or dogs. Please have a reliable income as well. The only places you don’t have access too is the garage and my bedroom. When i come home, i like to play music, have a few drinks, and go out to a few bars or clubs.
