this is a brand new community with hoa. community with pool, great for evening walk run or bike.

im 53 yeatrs old, current im the only one living here. I’m out all day and some weekends. You must be a neat and clean person. no wearing shoes allowed in the house. I am very clean and like to stay this way. I have work out equipments you can use as well, save money on gym membership. kittchen, bathroom, and laundry room must be kept clean at all time. I like rock music. I am easy going, no drama. sorry but no smoker , friends can not stay over night. I say shared bathroom because occasionally I have couple friends over that use the bathroom where you will be using, other than that, you’ll have your own bathroom.
