Hi! I’m looking for a clean and reliable roommate to share my 2-bedroom home in Sacramento. The house is well-maintained and has a lot more character than your average apartment. You’ll have your own private bedroom and plenty of common area space to relax in. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal if you enjoy cooking.

The backyard is set up for gathering friends for barbecues and some space for gardening if you want to. There is also a charge port in case you have an electric vehicle. Plenty of street parking otherwise.

The location is great for access to the river, midtown restaurants, East Sacramento for walks and Sacramento freeways as a whole.

About the roomies

Just me and my 12-year-old Australian Shepherd named Dozer, who is a big part of the household, so you’ll need to be someone who enjoys dogs! I work remotely for an east coast company, so I am home throughout the day. I do have some work trips each month and will be traveling more consistently through the end of year, so you’ll have periods of time with the house to yourself.

When I am home, I do like to host dinners, game nights and other gatherings with friends and the community.
