Private furnished room in renovated antique home 7 miles North of the Massachusetts border, 5 miles South of Lake Whitingham, 7 miles South of Wilmington, 25 minutes to North Adams, 25 minutes to Mount Snow, 40 minutes East of Bennington and 25 Minutes West of Brattleboro. Five miles to Lake Whitingham and 25 minutes to Mount Snow. On the Moover route. Walk to the post office & library as well as the general store, soon to reopen, pub and a gas station. Patio, pollinator garden with edibles. Cats in residence, though I can’t accommodate any more pets. Smoke free.

About the roomies

This is a duplex with a separate unit I rent out on Airbnb. My adult son occupies a separate master suite. I have two indoor cats and can’t accommodate other pets. There is no smoking. Washer and dryer, antique tub, shower, full galley kitchen. In the winter, there is oil, wood, propane heating and a pellet stove. Nicely decorated. Creative, leaning towards the peaceful, looking for the same.
