About the room

Second room and bathroom in manufactured home in Auburn Hills community. Close freeway access. Right off lapeer road exit 81 of I75. Room is approximately 10’x10’. Two parking spots and one visitor spot (I use one of the parking spots). Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home. Own bathrooms, not shared. Room can come furnished with a queen bed and and dresser or can be unfurnished. Home is approximately 1,000 sq. ft. Washer and dryer in home and accessible to roommate. A basic room lease agreement will be provided and allows renter to end tenancy at any time with a 30 day notice.

About the roomies

I am a 38 year old female and reside in one of the two bedrooms of the home. Currently no pets live in the residence. The community I live in requires a background check at the expense of the person moving in (around $25).
