Second room and bathroom in manufactured home in Auburn Hills community. Close freeway access. Right off lapeer road 81 exit of I75. Room is approximately 10’x10’. Two parking spots and one visitor spot. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home. Own bathrooms, not shared. The room still needs to be repainted since last roommate moved out. Room can come furnished or unfurnished.
