Unfurnished bedroom and private bathroom located on 2nd floor. Large backyard that wraps around the house. Quiet neighborhood in NW Houston, just East of Willowbrook.

I’m 39 and have a 2 year old daughter. I rarely have company and I work full time during the week. I’m not the tidiest person anymore, mostly because of the toddler situation and rarely having guests. Once I have someone else living here it’ll help motivate me to stay more organized.

Open to 1 dog, provided it’s good with children and housebroken.
