About the room

Hi! I’m looking for a girl or a couple to take over my lease. Located at the Monroe, the apartment is pet friendly and close to malls. The unit has an in washer and dryer, dishwasher, and balcony. It is a 2bed 2bath. The complex has a pool, fitness room, and a dog park. The current roommate is nice and introverted. The requirements to take the lease is 6k monthly income or 6k in a bank account, and a background check. The total rent is 2k, so with 2 roommates the rent is 1k per person. Please PM if interested!
