Roommates are 3 girls, one speaks full Spanish, the other speaks both. They are both very friendly, you will hardly run into them. I only ran into them every now and then. Walls are pretty soundproof, once you’re in the room, they won’t be able to hear you. Laundry room is right outside the room I am listing, so it will be super close to you. Room comes with big window that already has the shutters, no curtains are necessary unless you want complete blackout. No roommate stays up late in a disturbing manner, so you don’t have to worry about any noise complaints!
