Master suite for rent on a in the Foothills of Mt. Spokane. If you like space, CITY views, and easy access to the outdoors, this is a solid setup. The view of the city is INCREDIBLE!
You’ll have a large master bedroom with en suite and shared access to all other common areas of the house with an extra family room that I really only use is for the wood stove when the power goes out in the winter and the Litter-Robot (automatic cat box). You’re welcome to use it anytime—it’s already set up with a TV and furniture. And of course you will have space in the frig, laundry room, and storage in 40x60 shop. It’s not just a room - it’s sharing most of my house.
The home has close access to Inland Empire Paper Company (managed forest), so you’ve got direct access to trails right out the door (about a mile on gravel road). Great for horses, mountain biking, dirt biking, hiking, and one of the trails leads to a great view over Newman Lake. And don’t forget skiing in the winter!

Quiet, reliable, and easy to live with. I work remotely and keep to myself, so the space stays calm and low traffic. I’m a homebody—rarely out, rarely hosting—so you won’t have constant coming and going.
I have two dogs and a cat, all well-behaved and part of my daily routine. I stay on top of cleaning and respect shared spaces. Looking for someone who values a peaceful environment and mutual respect.
