Located in South Quincy, less than a mile to Quincy Adams Station and Quincy Center. The available room is a primary bedroom (approximately 117 sq. ft.) in a 620 sq. ft. apartment.

The unit includes stainless steel appliances, shared basement laundry, one free off-street parking spot, plenty of street parking, and a large backyard that is great for relaxing or for pets. Water, gas, electric, and wifi are all included in the rent. The apartment is mostly unfurnished aside from one bedroom, making it a great opportunity to furnish the common areas and make the space your own. We are also open to furnishing the place if preferred.

Because I am rarely home (typically around once per week), the roommate would have the living room, kitchen, and bathroom space to themselves, creating a much more private living experience than a typical roommate setup.
