Full basement includes a bedroom and seperate living room. Lots of natural light. Shared bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. Garden area if you are interested in gardening. Great tight neighborhood. Community is fantastic. I have 3 small dogs ( they stay upstairs) So you must love dogs. Would love someone that would be ok with helping me with some yard work every once in a while, so we can both enjoy the yard. I do prefer someone who does not do drugs Marijuana included. I dont mind if you’re a social drinker just please no alcoholics. If you are in recovery im ok with that. This home has a very calm energy and I would like for it to stay that way so please no drama.
I am a caregiver and dog groomer. I’m also a practicing buddhist and a certified Animal Reiki practitioner. I respect all and am very mindful of all around me. I dont judge, I work with everyone. Communication has always been the key for me to get along with all. Im very proud of my garden which I will hopefully start harvesting vegetables soon.
