Large 15’ 4“ X 10’ 6“ furnished bedroom with full bathroom inside the bedroom. Also large walk in closet. Driveway parking. One other small animal (cat or dog) would be fine, as I have 2 small dogs. Possibly one child if over 5 yrs old. Also a treadmill and TV in the room. The treadmill can be taken out. No day sleepers as my dogs like to bark at delivery trucks or dogs walking by. Need to work outside the home.

I work from home for an insurance company out of California. I am very easy going. I don’t mind if you cook as long as you clean the kitchen up after. Full use of kitchen, washer and dryer. If you have a small pet I don’t mind watching them while you work.
