Hello everyone! My roommate and I (26+ yrs old) are looking for another woman/femme to rent the primary bedroom in our gorgeous New Brunswick townhome. It is a spacious and cozy home with full access to a grand kitchen, dining room and living room with big balcony.

Your bedroom is the primary (master) with its own private bathroom and walk in closet. The rent is about $1,300 (wifi included) not including water/PSEG. The place has its own washer/dryer and a private garage with residential parking. Move in date is June 1st (could be flexible).

We are a quick 8 minute walk from the New Brunswick train station which has easy rides to Newark and NY Penn.

We are hoping for someone who can fit well into our lovely space. We value cleanliness, respect, and comfortability for everyone.

Sab - Hi there! I’m Sabrina or Sab and I am 26, first generation Dominican-American and a Marketing Advisor at a real estate brokerage. I work from an office full time (occasional WFH days). I am incredibly independent and love my own company. I love watching TV/films so I like to be in the living room whenever I have the time. Although I enjoy my space at home, I do have friends and family that I visit often. I like going to the local coffee shop on the weekends or you can find me at The Metropolitan Museum of Art when I can make it. I am always open to new friends, but I’d like to preface that our roommate partnership will always come first to me as long as we live together.
