About the room

Small 10’ X 12’ furnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1 story home. 3rd bedroom will remain a guest room. Can keep whatever furniture is now in the room or everything can be removed. You would have your own full bathroom. Also have use of the kitchen, washer and dryer. Please no smoking or vapes in the house. Room and bathroom are still being emptied out so no photos ready yet.

About the roomies

I am a very nice and kind older woman. I have 2 small dogs, so only one other small dog (or cat) would be fine. My dogs bark at other dogs walking by or delivery drivers, so a day sleeper would not work out well. Driveway parking Very nice neighborhood.
