Hi there! We’re looking for a new roommate to join us in our beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Winooski starting June 14th 2026, as our current roommates are relocating to Indiana to be closer to family.

This is a second-floor unit in a quiet two-story, two-unit building, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood along the Winooski River. The apartment was fully renovated within the last two years and features:

• 1,000 sq ft with 3 equal-sized bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom (shower/tub combo)
• Modern stainless appliances, induction cooktop, and large granite kitchen island
• Washer/dryer in-unit, air conditioning, and heat
• Two porches, with garden space available
• Bedrooms are approx. 15’ x 10’ (not including closet nooks)
• Closets in each room with space for a bed, desk, and furniture
• 1 off-street parking spot (shared between us) + ample on-street parking
• Sound machines and Wi-Fi-controlled lighting in shared spaces for comfort
• Shared couch and large TV / entertainment system in living room
• Some additional outdoor storage
• Chick’s Market convenience store just around the corner

Lease & Logistics

• 1-year lease
• Rent is $733/month, or approx. $833/month with utilities included (gas, electric, internet)
• Trash and recycling are included
• You’ll need to submit an application to the landlord before moving in

Our landlord is hands-on and easy to reach, having renovated the space himself with his family. He’s proactive with maintenance and respectful of tenants’ needs. Ellizabeth - I’m a 35-year-old woman (trans/queer) who values a clean, calm, and caring home environment. I’m a Type A personality with a flexible, collaborative spirit. I love:

• Cooking (and sharing meals!)
• Cleaning and organizing
• Movies, TV, music, and video games
• Hanging with my dog and cat
• Spending time with my family and close friends I appreciate tidy, low-noise spaces and use sound machines and soft Wi-Fi lighting throughout the home (this is important to me and part of my ASD support needs). I prefer to share food and household consumables (with the exception of my Lucky Charms ;) ) and value open, ongoing communication and shared responsibility around the house.

Tyler - I’m a 32-year-old dude who, outside of working at a local restaurant, is usually in my room working on music and watching various content. I am a K-pop DJ and music is always front and center for me. But I always play music at reasonable volumes and wear headphones when I practice DJing. I also prefer a calm, clean environment where everyone contributes to improving the space. I enjoy a shared meal or movie on occasion to connect with everyone, but mostly prefer doing my own thing. Tag along with me to a rave if you enjoy dancing!
