I own a duplex that has two levels. The lower level is for rent. The lower level has a living room, bedroom and full bath. Fully furnished. Living room has sliding glass door with access to backyard and porch. Area is quiet. Rent includes all utilities (except cable). Duplex has shared (laundry room, kitchen). Looking for a roommate who can help take care of a small yard and can keep their space clean. Rent is due the first day of the month. Requires a signed month to month lease.

I am over 50 and own 1/2 of a duplex and have spare space to share. I have lived here for 5 years and need help taking care of the small yard. Help mow the yard & snow removal. I have 2 cats and love to garden.
