There are two rooms for rent is on second level of my home with a private entrance.

Both rooms are unfurnished with private nice spacious bathrooms with showers 🚿 (photos show room furnished. They are both UNFURNISHED).

There is a third room on second level to be used as a TV, sitting room.

Second level has its own stacked washer and dryer, sink and microwave. All utilities and WiFi included in rent.

Each room will have own studio size refrigerator. Perfect for a single person.

Stove may be used in the kitchen on the main floor.

Smoking permitted outdoors.

My home has an incredible views of the Mogollon Rim. (See photos) Elk roam by the house quite often.

House is on a quiet street, with open land in front of the property. Car parking is in front driveway.

I have a huge patio deck on main floor available for your enjoyment. The sunsets 🌅 and views of south Payson are incredible. The annual fireworks 🧨 show can be seen from the patio since my home is very close to Green Valley Park.

There are two rooms with private bathroom available at this time.

Excellent opportunity for mature adults who want to rent in a beautiful, cool peaceful town.

I will live on the upper floor and have two well behaved animals, a dog 🐶 and a cat 🐈‍⬛

As for me I’m a 62 yo female retired nurse, easy going and friendly person. I work part time, and volunteer at the local hospital. I’m bilingual in Spanish, and a good communicator. Happy to interact with you as little or as much as you’d like.
