About the room
We have a room available in our two bed, two bath townhome in North Hollywood. The room is a good size, with a walk in closet and private balcony. You will have your own full bathroom downstairs next to the living room. For the shared space we have a small kitchen and living room. There is also a small patio off of the living room, and a fully private rooftop patio. Lots of space for apartment style living.
About the roomies
My name is Sophie (31 year old female) my partner Jared (35 year old male) and I occupy the other bedroom and bathroom. We have two sweet male cats, both 6 years old. We ask for no more additional pets. Jared and I have been together for 7 years and are pretty quiet for the most part. Jared works from home, and I work pretty full time at Trader Joe’s. We are open books and welcome any questions you might have!
