Spacious upstairs room in a cozy townhome-style apartment in Point Loma with a great balcony view and a more private feel since the bedrooms are upstairs. The area is super chill, safe, and in an amazing location, close to everything. You’re just minutes from Ocean Beach, shopping centers, Target, grocery stores, restaurants, and about 10 minutes from downtown and the airport! The complex also has nice pools and a laid-back vibe, making it a really great place to come home to.

I’m 29 and work full-time as a teacher, so during the week I’m usually pretty low-key after work. I’m easygoing, respectful, and like to keep the home clean and comfortable without being overly intense about it. I enjoy going on walks, binge-watching shows, grabbing drinks or beach days once in a while, and having a relaxed, positive home environment!! I’m friendly and down to build a good roommate vibe, while also fully respecting personal space and downtime. I also have a sweet 6-year-old golden retriever named Flynn who’s a big bonus to the household!
