Whole house share, including off street parking, fenced yard, upstairs great room on Graham-Burlington border just a few minutes south I-40. Safe community with good neighbors. Room furnished with a bed but no dressers. Upstairs/garage can be used for any extra storage or even possibly your own extra living space. Rental rate is negotiable as is inclusion of some utilities/costs.

Currently I live alone and want to find a roommate to share this rental home with and share costs to save some money. Ideally looking for a long term roommate and hopefully a friend, but short term is fine. I love sports so do watch them a lot, am quiet, professional, a neat freak, respectful of others privacy, and enjoy a stroll outside. Hoping to find someone who doesn’t mind helping around the house a bit, as well as is dog friendly. Spencer loves people and would love some company.
