En suite master room in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house.
Located near the National Harbor, Washington DC, Arlington and Alexandria. A quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. 10 minutes from MGM, Tanger Outlets and Metro. And 15-25 minutes into all other DMV locations including joint base. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk.
The room is a large master room with a private bathroom downstairs in a split level home. Cozy and bright room. You would also have your own personal half furnished living room area.
The house has a large backyard with a fire pit area and an upstairs deck, large kitchen and upstairs living room.
About the roomies
Only one person living in the house and that’s me. I’m a working professional with a hybrid work schedule. Very easy going and social, clean, respectful and LGBTQ+ friendly and expect the same. I also have one dog and two cats who are very laid back.
