I am looking to rent out two of the bedrooms. You’ll be renting a private 110 sq ft room and sharing a full bathroom with just one other tenant.

The house is fully set up and ready to go: 🛋️ Furnished Common Areas: The living and dining rooms are fully furnished—just bring your bedroom furniture! ⚡️ All-Inclusive Rent: Your rent covers EVERYTHING. Water, Gas, Electricity, Garbage, Sewage, and blazing-fast WiFi are all included. 🌳 Outdoor Space: We have a great backyard to hang out in. 🚗 Parking: Driveway & Off-street parking is included. 🛒 Prime Location: Super convenient area! We are a quick 3-minute drive (or 10-minute walk) to Tech Ridge, 10-15 minutes to The Domain, and right around the corner from HEB and Walmart.

Note: I require basic renter’s insurance prior to move-in. No pets and no smoking indoors.

You’ll be sharing the house with me (the owner) and one other roommate!

I’m a guy in my early 20s, recently graduated from Penn State couple months ago, and I work full-time as a Data Scientist at IBM. I work a hybrid schedule—usually heading into the office at The Domain Tuesday through Thursday, and working from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Outside of work, I like to keep a pretty active schedule. I hit the gym regularly, enjoy going out on the weekends, and I’m a huge fan of The Weeknd. 🎵🏋️‍♂️
