The room comes with a wide-angled window with a standard closet and a total of 3 Electrical outlets (3 Prong 15A, 120 volt). The entire apartment has a shared bathroom in the hallway, which includes sink storage below and a double sink. Along with a quite large hallway closet and a double-wide closet upon the door upon entering the apartment. The kitchen is fairly medium with many cabinets and a electrical stove along with a shared microwave/toaster and plenty of shared fridge space. Also comes with a large living room with a shared TV and couch along with a balcony. The apartment also has paid laundry in the building downstairs in the main lobby, its 2.75$ for wash and 2.50$ for dry.

Billed Utilities: Water billed included with rent. Electricity and Wi-Fi are entirely separate. The electricity and the Wi-Fi together is 100$. Total with Rent & billed utilities it usually comes out around 780$. (Note: I can share the Wi-Fi speeds upon direct messages.)

This Apartment is ideal for college students and has a bus stop that is 2 minutes down the road, along with a corner store and a few shops down the street alongside PNC bank.
