Room for Rent in a 2BR Apartment — Private Bedroom + Bathroom.

Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to share my comfortable 2-bedroom apartment. The rent is $1,100/month, with heat and hot water included. We split electric 50/50, and a security deposit is required. Move‑in date is July 1. You’ll have your own private, unfurnished bedroom and will essentially have exclusive use of the main bathroom, since I use the en‑suite in my room.
